Individual Therapy: Life can be hard! Many of us are being pulled in many directions between school, work, family, friends, partners, parenthood, grief, and are still expected to function at a high level. Whether you are looking to build more confidence in yourself, learn how to handle difficult challenges, or to feel more at peace with a particular situation in your life, I am here to help! Individual therapy will help us tap into parts of yourself that you feel you may have lost, or never even knew existed, to create the life you envision for your future.
Art Therapy: Oftentimes we know that we are struggling mentally or experiencing an array of emotions, but can’t quite articulate those feelings to ourselves or others. Through the use of art therapy we can make your thoughts and feelings come to life! Allow the creative process to help you dive deep into your subconscious and develop the ability to say AND see! The BEST part: You don’t need ANY art skills to engage in art therapy! In art therapy, the focus is not on the product; it is on the process.
Couples Therapy: Joining together is typically the easy part, but staying together can sometimes feel like more work than you bargained for. Relationships are a daily commitment to both your partner and yourself. In couples therapy the relationship is the client, not those who are in it. Our goal is to improve the relationship so that all parties can make an informed decision on how you would like to move forward.
Family Therapy: Trying to understand our own emotions, traumas, and struggles can feel like a heavy burden let alone those of each member of our family. We each have a unique and meaningful view of the world that impacts how our family members interact with one another and deals with conflict. Family therapy will help each individual member see the world from the other’s eyes to make informed decisions on how you will function to create the perfect home for you and your loved ones.
Group Therapy: A common misconception that those struggling in life tend to share is that they are “the only person in the world” dealing with the problem they are facing. As a result, they suffer in silence instead of seeking community. The circumstances of your situation may be unique, but there are many people who share the emotional essence of your struggles. Join group therapy and receive comfort in knowing that you are not alone, find meaning in your journey by sharing it, and gain perspective from healing with others with a similar story.
Rates

Individual Therapy: $150 per 50 minutes
Couples Therapy: $200 per 50 minutes
Family Therapy: $200 per 50 minutes
Group Therapy: $90 per person per 110 minutes (Min size group 4 ppl/Max 8 ppl)
